So this is a brand new year! I have been on this site the last couple years and been very sporadic about it! Enough is enough!
I don’t have to post something every time I’m on! I just need to track my workouts for the week and post what and when I want! It’s easy and I made it complicated! Maybe posting and blogging will come more naturally for me, but for now I’m just going to take it slow and steady.
So, in light of the new beginning I have deleted all of my old posts and I’m starting fresh! So, I’ve worked out 3 times this week and I have another workout today and possibly this weekend that I will post on Monday!
